Refund policy

If you receive the order and are not satisfied with the qualify, please contact us at info@afsisterwig.com, with the order no and the problems. We only accept return or exchange within 7 days after you received the hair, which must be unworn and in brand new condition.

CANCEL

Any cancellation for orders placed on our website  will be charge a 15% handling fee.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Afsisterwig does NOT provide return labels and the cost of return should be handled by customers.

We can not accept a customized product to be returned.

We only accept US domestic exchanges and return.

No exchange and no return for international shipping.

We will charge 25% restock fee for return if no quality problems.

EXCHANGE

Before Shipping, a 15% re-production fee will be charged for any changes on orders placed over 24 hours.

After shipping, a 30% restocking fee will be charged.

Once one exchange order is completed, returns for refund will not be acceptable.
