EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

If you receive the order and are not satisfied with the qualify, please contact us at info@afsisterwig.com, with the order no and the problems. We only accept return or exchange within 7 days after you received the hair, which must be unworn and in brand new condition. For any wigs that are delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages.

CANCEL

Any cancellation for orders placed on our website will charge 18% handling fee.

No cancellation accepted when orders have been shipped out.

Kindly notice: wigs may take 1-3 business days to process, some special units including but not limited to full lace wigs, colored wigs, invisible strap wigs and custom units will take longer time like 7-17 business days. Any cancellation due to the processing time will also charge the 18% handling fee.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Afsisterwig does NOT provide return labels and the cost of return should be handled by customers.

We can not accept a customized product or on sale product to be returned.

We only accept US domestic exchanges and return.

No exchange and no return for international shipping.

We will charge 28% restock fee for return.

Package must be returned to the designated warehouse address, or customers have to bear the loss of missing package, rejected package or customs duties that would be generated during the return process.

EXCHANGE

Before Shipping, a 15% re-production fee will be charged for any changes on orders placed over 24 hours.

After shipping, a 30% restocking fee will be charged.

Once one exchange order is completed, returns for refund will not be acceptable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@afsisterwig.com
