Once your order’s status is set to “fulfilled”, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Orders can be freely changed and canceled within 24 hours of placement; Once beyond that time, 15% handling fee will be deducted off the total for the change or cancellation of orders after 24 hours of placement.
