We only accept return or exchange within 7 days after you received the hair, which must be unworn and in brand new condition.
Afsisterwig does NOT provide return labels and the cost of return should be handled by customers.
We will charge 15% restock fee for return if no quality problems.
We cannot accept a customized product to be returned.
We only accept US domestic exchanges and return. No exchange and no return for international shipping.
We only accept the product exchange once. After the exchange is completed, return for refund will not be acceptable.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from receiving your return. Please note that your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.
